How Botmanor is being built — platform first, agents on top
Built on the Burdenoff Workspaces platform
Botmanor started as a first-class module of a multi-tenant workspace platform — inheriting RBAC, audit trails, billing, and file management instead of bolting them on later.
The agent core: apps, agents, versioning, and models
Bot apps, versioned agents with publish and rollback, and a bring-your-own-model provider registry with vaulted credentials formed the platform core.
Knowledge, channels, templates, and the store
Knowledge bases with semantic search, channel connectors for Slack, Teams, Discord, and WhatsApp, and a package store with linked and forked installs rounded out the build-to-deploy loop.
Waitlist and early access
Botmanor is opening to early-access teams via the waitlist — with the agent runtime roadmap (in-chat tools, live multi-agent delegation, runtime policy enforcement) landing in the open.
