If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and your agreement to these Terms will be treated as the agreement of that organization.

User Accounts and Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

- Corporate accounts must be created by authorized representatives

- Failed payments may result in service suspension or termination
- You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our services
- Enterprise customers may have separate payment terms as agreed in writing
Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
- Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately
- You may download your data for 30 days after termination
- We reserve the right to delete your data after the retention period
- Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred before termination
Intellectual Property Rights
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Botmanor and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Your Content
- You retain ownership of any content you create using our Services
- You grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our Services
- You represent that you have the right to grant us this license
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights

- All Botmanor trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property
- Our platform technology, algorithms, and software are proprietary

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
- You and Botmanor consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts
- Botmanor is operated by Algoshred Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India
- Small claims court proceedings are not applicable in India
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website
- Sending an email notification to your registered email address
- Displaying a notice within our platform
- Providing at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect
